Assessment:

Well, it mainly tells about that India wants to gain the profits through investing in Africa, while also competing with China. Actually, China has been cooperated with Africa for so many years, and in recent years, China has made the second investing plan in Africa in hope to stimulate the economy of both parties. However, India has just planned for such investing recently. What’s more, it is also a decade behind China, so to say compete with China, it still has a far way to go through.

African people are also human being, not slaves, they also have rights, although maybe they lack of knowledge.
