Methodology

In order to answer the first question, we analysed cBrain’s unique abilities ­ core competencies, which helped us to determine what makes company special and how can it be developed.

For the second question we chose to use Management competencies model created by Richard Boyatzis, a Professor in the Departments of Organizational Behavior and Psychology. This model helps us to realize how to achieve the effective leadership and what management skills can be improved.

For the third question we used a framework for the sales plan, which asks What, Who, Where and When. Here we give our suggestions how to promote cBrain, according to the core competences.

Introduction

cBrain is a Denmark based software company, offering services for government, various unions and knowledge firms. F2 is a software suite created by Cbrain as an effective and easily accessible tool to digitize workflows, communication in the company.1

Currently 10 Danish ministries are using F2 software, including the Prime Minister's Office, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of climate and several agencies.2 In addition, cBrain is internationally experienced company and platform is translated to several languages.

Q.1.

cBrain offers cloud service3, using that, user doesn’t have to allocate IT specialists to manage the service.4 Therefore it attracts customers due to the lower costs and makes the platform easier to operate and maintain.

In addition, cBrain proposes a different design approach, where all information is kept in one  place  and  users  can  find  required  data  without  switching  from  one  programme  to

another.5   Because  of  improved  data  transparency, organizations can follow cases in  real

time. F2 helps to digitalize documentation, decrease the amount of unwanted data received  on e­mails and improve knowledge sharing.

Considering that mostly company is focused on government organisation, hence high volume of confidential data is stored in the system that requires a strong security system6, which secures core government tasks, for example, approval processes, briefings, meetings, FOI requests and email management.
