Owners (Internal):

The owner of the business is the most important person. This is because the put their ideas are the ones that help the business grow bigger and better. An owner of a business is an internal stakeholder because they are on the inside the business and decide how the business is run. They also own the shares in the business so which is why the want the business to succeed.  As the owner of the business they come up with lots of different ideas to help bring in customers. For example they sort out special events that people will be interested in and they also decide on what vouchers will be given to attract more customers. They also sort out the park plan and set up to make sure that it is laid out correctly. The owner of the business also wants to see that there business is doing well and succeeding in the industry. They do this by looking at all different side of the business. For example the sales and profits and the price that they are charging for people to visit the attraction.

Customers (External):

Customers are another main part of the business even though they are external, this because they are the ones that bring in money to the business and they are the ones that review the business once they have been. They do this by paying to go into the park, and visiting the park. They also influence people to go there by telling them about their experience there. This can have a positive and negative affect. They could do that by posting review on social networking sites like Facebook or twitter. Or they could write on attraction sites like trip advisor or on the Crealy website. When they are at the park they want value for money, whether it is the rides at the park or in the shop. This could be small accessories form the shop or high-quality clothes.

Employees (Internal):

The employees at Crealy are another big part of the business. This is because they rely on the business that they work for and help the business achieve a good level of income. They are internal stakeholders because they look for the safety of a job and their income. They also offer their ideas into the business to help it achieve the best that it can. Another reason why the employees are a main part of Crealy is because the attitude that they use when speaking and acting around the customers, will help peoples decisions whether they are going to come back to Crealy or not. Their appearance will also influence their decision because if they are dressed all scruffy then they will look like they don’t want to be there, and the customers will feel like they are annoying them by being there. However, if they are dressed smartly then they’ll look like they are taking care with how they look so they look interested in what they are doing and this will show to the customers.
