Value Proposition

Instant Haircuts brings hairdresser and customers together in the form of online community. Hairdressers can sign up on the company’s website for a monthly fee of $49 and are provided with access to a large customer database. Additionally, they can set up their own personal profiles on the website where they can introduce them, their career, their specialties, their previous work and experiences in the industry. In addition, they will build their own reputation by receiving reviews and ratings from the users.

Instant Haircuts website is created to be the most convenient for the customer, indeed they can search for any hairdresser based on their experience or other characteristics. Hairdressers are therefore given access to a large customer base, for which they would otherwise remain invisible. Time saving is one of the key value of Instant Haircuts business, by proposing their service at the customer place, they do not have to face the costs of managing a hair salon and can carry out the work anywhere.

The business idea is based on customers’ limited time. Its main goal is to provide a high quality, premium and fast service at customers’ homes. Moreover, Instant Haircuts offers a high level of convenience to individuals that simply do not have time to drive to a hair salon, especially when they need their hair done as quickly as possible. This is a highly personalized service, which will be facilitated through the company’s website. In addition to the basic haircutting services that Instant Haircuts provides, hairdressers can offer complementary services such as: make-up, manicures, pedicures or scalp treatments. Moreover, Instant Haircuts’ homepage will inform about the newest hairstyle, such as celebrities’ haircuts or new highlighting techniques.
