3.1 The Proposed (Implemented) social program

Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) CG through the Local Business Development (LBD), not be interpreted by the public as an effort or goodwill of companies on the local community to move forward together. Local government intervention against the LBD has blurred the concept and objectives of CSR itself, which ideally should be some sort of funds LBD Value edit for increasing the degree of life but rather used as additional funding for local governments to implement development. Here are some of our opinion in the proposal (Implemented) Social Program

1. Establishing the Institute "tink tank" corporate, is an institution here tink tank is an institution   established or created by the absorbent body corporate as well as information as an institution troubleshooter that occur between the community and corporate. Technically, the institution is not necessarily included in the structure of corporate management (if possible better) but enough is facilitated by corporate and non profitDengan establishment of this institution, at least there are some benefits that can be achieved by corporate, namely:

        • The interference or intervention from outside parties (provocateur) can be immediately   detected and neutralized.

• These institutions could serve as a benchmark on public attitudes towards corporate, which if these institutions can be accepted by society then it is certain "social license" to be achieved by the corporate.

2.  Re-identification and inventory of local community leaders

3. Build Communication; build a healthy and solid communication is absolutely necessary.  Through good communication with community leaders who have the vision and mission minded and directed to the corporate image development will further strengthen efforts to harmonize corporate relationship with the local community.

3.2 Recommendation and Conclusion

Recommendation

One thing to consider is, the implementation of CSR policies should remain a "prerogative" of corporate management and not following the intervention of outside parties including local government.

2 The review of the implementation of the program as long as these programs are given a lack of monitoring and evaluation activities between the parties concerned is the owner of the program, the executing agency, the program recipients, and stakeholders. So that among these parties should support programs implemented in order to be perceived existence.
