4) Lack of coordination between sales & service departments are causing delays in customer response & increasing customer dissatisfaction resulting in decrease of revenue.

5) Administrative authorities are not delegated to departmental heads.

6) Company has a reactive approach of business instead of proactive approach.

Step 3. Po (Possibilites/Alternatives):

1) The Company may hire the complete business development dept. for the purpose of exploring new arenas thereby increasing product portfolio that would result in the revenue & business growth of the company. This would require huge investment.

2) The company may hire a TOP MAN / PAID DIRECTOR in order to share the burden of existing Director with regards to planning & development. He will also look at other aspects of administration in order to increase productivity & revenue for company thereby regaining the value as core business for Top Management. Also he may develop the coordination between departments to enhance customer satisfaction resulting in increased productivity.

3) The company may increase the compensation of existing Departmental Heads by increasing the responsibilities. This would result in overburdening.
