1-We categorized potential challenges and risks into two major headings: barriers to overall success and business risks.  First, let us explore barriers to overall success of the project.  Finding an appropriate space, both in terms of what is reasonable fiscally and what is most accessible to the target community will prove to be our first challenge.  We also anticipate facing some backlash or disdain from community members, so finding the right partners in the area may be a challenge.  Finally, due to the stigma that is still associated with mental health care and possibly negative past experiences, we know that it will take time to build trust with the women.  There are certainly business risks to consider as well.  Fundraising will most likely be an ongoing issue that we will have to stay on top of.  We also want to make sure that we maintain our value by offering competitive, high-quality services so as not to lose clients to other organizations in the area.

2-We expect the overall ease of implementing this project to be moderate.  For context, a low effort project might perform a simple needs assessment and then lease an existing space within a community.  A complex project requires building trust with clients and following up with those clients to offer continous care and support.  Our project, along with other moderate effort projects, will involve obtaining funding and forming partnerships within the community.  We feel that we can build an excellent reputation by the word-of-mouth spread of our clients.
