  1. Background of Bake With Mama

         It is all started early in 2016, where the idea to set up the bakery business by Encik Aziz together with his wife Puan Suhaiza. After the big crisis occur in Petronas Oil and Gas which is many of people in the organization were laying off including Puan Suhaiza who once the worker in Petronas. She was an engineer in the organization. To handle the crisis situation, Puan Suhaiza leave Petronas with positive thought that maybe she doesn’t belong there but maybe in other working place. The idea was establish by Encik Aziz, as he saw his wife always baking cakes during leisure time and the taste is marvelous, Encik Aziz discuss with his wife about doing business in selling bakery goods. Without hesitate, they both agree to set up the business which is give a lot of benefits such as it helps in increasing their family income, expand and share the knowledge in baking and others. En Aziz and Puan Suhaiza doesn’t take any loan from bank to start the business. They buy the shop lot, bakery goods, freezer, refrigerator and other thing using their own financial plus the reparation given by Petronas. The shop is located at Pusat Niaga Astana Alam 2, Bandar Puncak Alam. Bake With Mama named is given since their son who call Puan Suhaiza as ‘mama’ love to bake together with her. As one year pass, Puan Suhaiza overall feeling happy and joy with her business in selling bakery goods. She now having many regular customer who buy the goods from her to baking cakes and sell them at their bakery shop which is also located in Bandar Puncak Alam.

To ensure Bake With Mama be the biggest bakery goods shop in Bandar Puncak Alam and also make the most popular choice for community in Puncak Alam.

Bake With Mama earn the loyalty of the people we serve by first anticipating, then fulfilling their needs with our superior-quality products, a unique shopping experience, customer-focused service and continuous innovation, lowest price than others, while generating long-term profitable growth.

Short-term objective

  • Use the quality of our service and advertising to soon become well-known in Bandar Puncak Alam.
  • Find a Niche Market

       

       Long-term objective

  • Building a broad and committed customer bases. Building a strong reputation is essential to attracting a loyal clientele and generating a consistent sales volume.
  • Developing a business model that brings enough income to cover the expenses.

3.  BEST STRATEGY CHOSEN BASED ON QSPM

    Raise advertising expenditure

           Bake With Mama has took an initiative to expand their business. To ensure that this company achieve their objective, the strategy is to enter the raise advertising expenditure. During difficult economic times, many small business owners cut back on advertising and promotion budgets to save money. Unfortunately, this can be the exact opposite of what they need to do to survive in the marketplace. They should evaluate the advantages of increasing your advertising and promotion budget.
