To be honest, I am interested in Fahrenheit 451 because it is mainly about future society and wrote by the one of the famous science fiction writer called Ray Bradury. For me, the most interesting part of this book is that every buildings on that world are all flameproof, which means that fire can not damage buildings on that world. Therefore, all of the fireman loses their jobs.

The protagonists of the novel are Guy Montag who is a fireman and Clarisse McClellan, a seventeen insane girl who totally changed Montag’s mind. Also, the main conflict of the whole novel is book. On that world, books are banned and the duty of fireman is to burn all of the books. Montag works as a fireman for ten years long and believes that burning books is a right thing to do. Somehow, he realizes that he is doing wrong thing since he meets Clarisse, then try to challenge and change the whole world.

Secondly, characteristic of Montag is telling us that we should use another way to treat and think our books because a large number of people nowadays are willing to read a summary of famous books instead of whole books which is damaging our culture and even history. To conclude, the author used these two key ideas to develop and extend the central idea, which is against the Utopia.
