Dear Governor Christie,

        Would you like to save money? How would you feel about less pollution in New Jersey? What do you think about generating more electricity using less resources? Recently we have been studying alternative energy sources and nuclear power to me is the optimal choice: less carbon dioxide (CO2) is emitted in the air, It costs less over time , and you get more energy made from less resources than other energy sources.

        You will save money over time because you don’t have to buy as many resources due to the fact that nuclear energy power plants create more energy with less resources. Uranium powers he nuclear power plant, and costs $2770 per kilogram. A single kilogram produces so much energy that the cost of the uranium is made back with all the energy made. This helps us save money because as other countries use other types of energy have to buy much more resources than we and spend millions of dollars more in a period of time. More money could mean a prosperious economy for us in a couple of years.

        Nuclear energy is the cleanest energy to use. It does not pollute the air as much as burning fossil fuels and therefore does not contribute much to global warming. Nuclear energy almost causes no pollution at all which is another reason it could work in New Jersey.
