Answer: C-Self-tuning Strategy

Self-tuning strategy related to being adaptive to change and have the agility to mold into a new strategy when required. When Netflix saw the opportunity, it got into the DVD business. When streaming was catching up, it set up a trend and crafter a new organizational strategy for itself. In this strategy, the business goals and business models are modified as per the change in the external factors.
