SUBJECT: SAFETY AND HEALTH POLICY STATEMENT

COMPANY XXX's management is firmly committed to maintaining a safe and healthful working environment. No activity is so important or time critical that it cannot be done safely. To achieve our safety goal of zero accidents, we have implemented a comprehensive Safety Program.
