Today we use computers in every things on every place, we use to Share, transfer and store data. Every company needs to have a security system, having a security program or system means that you’ve taken steps to reduce the risk of losing data in any one of a variety of ways.

It is very important to use technology in companies because employees need to communicate with each other and transfer data, and also communicate with customers quickly is very important.

The use of technology makes it easier for us to do a lot of things and make us faster, but these features entail some risks

We must focus on protection and data theft ,because it is the biggest threat to the success of companies.

1- access control

is a way of limiting access to a system or to physical or virtual resources, that’s mean permits users and groups.

There is many ways can be used for authentication:

- use password or PIN , just the user know it.

Passwords are used within the bank employees when using the system and also with customers when they use electronic system.

- Use Something is part of the user, such as a fingerprint.

Finger print is most popular method used to verify user identity.

- Something that belongs to the user, such as a card or a key.

Some of the sensitive places in the bank cannot be accessed by anyone unless the key holds the login card in order to protect it.

2- Physical Security

Physical location, Physical security measures can include biometric or bar coded door locks, security personnel, alarm systems, and video surveillance . Only employees with authorized access to sensitive areas, such as server rooms, financial storage facilities and storage rooms, should be able to enter.

3- Awareness and Training

Everyone in your business must understand company security policy and know why it’s important. Training workers to be more security conscious, thus making workers an organization's weakest link.
