Tuition Reimbursement

Since we are looking to expand our employee benefits we should look at investing into a tuition reimbursement program for our employees. The budget for this expansion has already been approved so there aren’t any financial restraints or concerns. Since we had a very profitable year we would be able to add this benefit that would help retain and attract quality employees. This report will include the benefits that we would gain from implementing this program.

As our employees journey through their degree program they will be able to gain more knowledge, grow their skills and will become more efficient at work. There are many benefits that come along with earning a degree and one benefit is on the job training while completion of their program. This will lead to a higher success rate our college graduates because they will be choosing to further their education. Employees that participate in this program will gain a higher sense of loyalty and gratitude to their company because they will be experiencing the benefits first hand. This program will allow our company to set expectations for future management teams.

Our company had a very profitable year which has given us the opportunity to expand our employee’s benefits. This expansion will lead to future growth and new professional opportunities for employees. Education and experience is what this program will offer to our employees which will lead to future growth. The employees that complete the program will be able to advance within the company and will be able to pass knowledge to their team.

There are different careers that someone could have with bachelor degree in business and communications. Employees who complete a bachelor degree in business would be able to work in a variety of fields that will pertain to our business. Some of these fields are entry level manager, human resource specialist, market researcher, system analyst, financial analyst, sale’s person, and assistant production manager. These are just some of the different fields employees with a bachelor degree would qualify for. Employees who complete a bachelor degree in communications would be able to work in the following fields business advertising, communication education, radio and television broadcasting, journalism, public relations, social relations, and human relations. With our company expanding there will be various fields that employee will be able to advance in with the completion of their bachelor degree.

Since our employees will become more marketable with the completion of their degree program there is a higher rate for retention. As our employees complete their degree program we will have reevaluate their skill level and knowledge to see if they are ready for advancement. These employees will be marketable to other companies because of their skill level which could become a threat if we don’t match their skill and
