Executive Summary: 

With the rapid progress of internet, freelancing business is becoming popular day by day. Prime IT is the leading IT firm & training center based on “Freelance Outsourcing” in Bangladesh. The internet has opened up many freelance opportunities, expanded available markets, and has contributed to service sector growth in many countries like BangladeshOur research objective was To know about freelancing business and how to start onling freelancing without any problems in our country. The study was confined in online survey and physical survey on the people of Dhaka city. We believe that within this stipulated time frame it is not possible for us to investigate each and every aspect regarding this topic. Internet is the land of opportunities; we can be the pioneer to lead Bangladesh out of economic problems through freelancing. Some open ended and close ended questions were asked to getting the information that would fulfill the objectives of the research. From the survey & questionnaire we’ve gathered the information that most of the students prefer outsourcing as their part time job employment. We can say outsourcing is a great resource for our country. It will help us to remove our unemployment problem & we will be economically benefitted. People should learn & gather knowledge about freelancing business.

1.1Introduction        

With the rapid progress of internet, freelancing business is becoming popular day by day. Boost up of freelancing business is occurred for a rapid increase of freelancer and the number of freelancer is increasing for an intention of finding low cost employee to do the job done. History of freelancing business in Bangladesh is not very old.  It has become popular for three to four years. But the concept of freelancing business in the world is not new at all. Freelance workers are often represented by a company or an agency that resells their labor and that of others to its clients with or without project management and labor contributed by its regular employees. ‘GURU’ the first online freelancing or outsourcing marketplace was established in 1998 as SOFT moonlighter.com. Now a day’s outsourcing is the best online profession of the world. This profession has lots of demand and employees are available in the online marketplace. People are more advanced now-a-days. They want to do something within a minimum time & try to earn money from it. So internet is the best source of doing something like that is also called out sourcing or freelancing. This is an easy and fastest way to earn money within a short time. It has huge opportunity to help jobless people. Internet is created the largest work place ever for the people.
