How are they tied to its ethical principles? Describe the role and importance of the organization's ethical values.

The organizational goals are tied directly into the ethical principles. Another term that is similar to this would be ethics in repetition. There are three aspects when it comes to ethical conduct in organizations. The effect of the organization as an ethical or unethical setting, the development of the individual as an ethical person, and the actions or events developed by the organization to inspire ethical behavior and depress unethical behavior. Organizational goals are usually what holds the organization together. Ethical behavior is the foundation for organizational goals. Some influences on ethical behavior are the organization’s ethical environment, procedures that encourage ethical behavior, and the development of individuals as an ethical person. The organization, to a large extent, is dealing with persons whose value base has been recognized. This might imply that ethical organizations are those advantaged enough to transport in ethical individuals, while unethical organizations brought in unethical people. But it is not that simple. While the adopted values of individuals are vital, the organization has a major influence on the behavior of its members, and can have a positive or negative influence on their values. One example of the growth of ethical individuals is the service academies. In their admissions processes, the academies try to get individuals of good character with the values essential to the military profession. However, the academies also recognize that their core ethics may be different than those prevalent in society, and they dedicate considerable effort to the progress and internalization of their core values. It is evident from periodic openings of integrity at the academies, these attempts to implant core ethics do not continuously prosper. These roles seem important to an organization because they make sure the organization stays in a positive state.
