Reflection Paper of Mbti

At last class, I got my second times MBTI personality Test. I remember I have done this test 2 years ago. Unfortunately, I forgot my type, which I got 2 years ago. Therefore, I couldn't compare changes during the 2 years. However, I get ESFJ of the 16 personality types in this time. ESFJs means extraversion, sensing, feeling and judging.

Overall, firstly, ESFJs are interesting and outgoing person. For me, I think it depends on what the different situations. When I hanging out with familiar friends (usually refers those people I have talked over three times), I will be comfortable to be outgoing. But when I'm with someone I do not know, I tend to be a silence girl.

Secondly, ESFJs are considered to be good at discovering the needs of others and will to help them. I totally agree with this point. I was a member of Red Cross, and I took part in the program of teaching in the country near Beijing in the college time. And I hope I can always help others in my rest life.

Third, ESFJs show the characteristics of loyalty. This is right. I will never hurt my friends or my family. As a result, I have a lot of friends and they are willing to share their stories with me.

The fourth, a high degree of organization and practicality are also characteristics for ESFJs. I do make plans to finish things, however, I barely follow the plan. According to the difference situation, my plan will be changed. So I believe I am a flexible planner.
