        Domestic Violence is an on-going issue in America today but is sometimes over shadowed by other issues such as drug abuse. I will admit when doing this assignment, I thought I Knew everything there was to know about Domestic Violence but now I know even more. The program A New Day was created by me to provide the same level of help to a victim of domestic violence just as a victim of substance abuse. I believe this program will be a valuable success because it offers so much more than your standard domestic violence center. We allow all cultures no matter what your background is because everyone deserves safety and security. Each employed individual working in this program of professionally hand-picked based of college education, experience, and certifications. Having this program will be a big asset to the community because it provides a way out for those in distress.

        This program has been audited and deemed approved by all legislation. The funding will come from the state of course and donations will be there also if needed. The brochure created will be the most effective tool to getting clients and getting the programs name out into the community. It provides the information needed along with the programs we offer and the length of stay depending on the treatment required to help a client need. We expect challenges to arrive in the future also because each client’s situation is different but that will be dealt with at that time.
