The basic practice to discuss moral judgments issues in organizations, it makes sense to try to answer these questions in a different moral values of the people and in the way. Focusing on the factors relevant to various theories that both consequentialist and non-consequentialist we can find common ground in the ethical decisions that can move forward. What are the concerns and seems to be the most ethical systems? The first concern relates to obligations. Every great human and professional figure arises in the context of human relationships.
