Introduction

Tourism industry, one of the major revenue stream of the country, has been among the pillars of the country’s economy since decades. Nepal has been gifted with such a Geographical landscape and Natural Beauty, which is rare in the world. Additionally, our rich tradition, wide range diversified culture adds the reason to why anyone should visit Nepal.

And if we see the trend of tourism industry in Nepal, it has always been growing especially since last decade. We have been unfortunate with Earthquake and Economic blockade in 2015, which shrunk the tourism industry. However, these are the hurdles that eventually will evade.

Tourists visit Nepal for various reasons, some visit to enjoy vivid landscape, scenery wildlife, whereas other may visit for adventure or even for religious purpose. Paragliding and Bungee are two of the most loved adventure sports offered in Nepal. Additionally, Mountain biking is gradually coming on board as another adventure sports.

Kathmandu valley rim offers a good option for mountain biking tour. You will ride out on the valley rim to explore traditional Newari villages, monasteries, temples and national park. Within couple of hours of riding you will reach the high points of the rim to view spectacular Himalayan mountain range. From Nagarkot and Chisapani the views of Ganesh Himal, Langtang, Annapurna and Everest are breathtakingly fantastic. This is a unique experience you will ever enjoy. It will be a great fun and lifetime experience for both serious and recreational riders.
