In this fast paced world where we meet millions of people every day, some people turn out to be good some turn out to be bad. In many instances and situations in life we come across situations that seem to determine how much pressure and disappointment we can withstand.

Anger is one issue that needs to be dealt with very carefully. It is a natural phenomenon, not something unusual. Lot of times we come across this feeling, in our everyday lives, over minor issues or sometime over major issues however controlling it and refraining from showing is the actual crucial part. There are people who tend to get hyper over small things in life. If a situation goes wrong they tend to blame others for the mishaps or unnecessarily scold people for no reason. This creates hatred in the hearts of family members and people around that person. In today’s competitive market, there are many tensions that a person goes through, children, job, family and what not. Therefore to keep the mind stable and calm lot of effort in needed.

Every situation in our life teaches us different lessons therefore the result or the outcome is different for each kind of situation or circumstances. There are people who deliberately test our patience, they torture us through harsh words, actions and even bodily gestures. At that time when you are so frustrated sometimes you are unable to speak up the inner feelings but later if those feelings are not expressed then those feelings later come boiling towards the surface.

However when we express this feeling we don’t realize that how much we hurt other from expressing this feeling. Though it is very natural to express this feeling but controlling it needs to be learnt. One should when experience this feeling should drink lots of water and make sure not hurt others through their rough and harsh attitude.
