Introduction:- Puhinui wines And Spirits is situated at 258 puhinui road it is a liquor shop which sells wines, spirits,liquor and cigarettes. This business was started in 2009 by mukesh kumar but it was undertaken by Mr. Jatinder Pal Singh the current owner in 2011. With hard work of Jatinder Singh this company becomes the best liquor shop in the area. We deliver the best customer service and wide range of product to ourcustomers. The company is a part of Independent liquor. As a duty manager Jatinder Sing do his best to take it to the top.

Deliver best customer service and understand customer needs and increase the sale.

To deliver a best customer service and increase the you must have knowledge of how to do customer service and how to satisfy your customers. To satisfy your customers first thing you need to know is what they want. You can make a horse come to the pond but you can't force the horse to drink water until horse is thirsty same thing applies in business you can make customers but you can't give them best customer service until you know what they like and what they want. The products and services we provide reflect our customers' needs and wants. Think in our customers' terms- buy, show, sell, and say things that interest them, not just what interests us. Remember, it is the customer that determines whether or not we would succeed. If we don't know where our money is going, it will soon be gone. The "game of business" is played with computers -- and the score is evaluated in dollars and cents. Good financial records are like the instruments on an airplane, they keep you posted of your height, direction, and speed. Without them you're flying blind with no controls to guide you to your destination.

We have some regular customers who come to our store. The main goal for me as manager is to increase the sales of by understanding their needs and providing them best customer service. The strategy that I am using here is to understand your best customers and providing them with what they need for a cheaper price than other stores. The sales target must be achieved by providing excellent and best offers, products and services to the customers. The customer service is not only selling,the cudtomer service is how you entertain your customers by always keep smile on your face, greet them when they enter in the store,asking them what they want and suggest them according to their need. To give your customer best customer service you should have knowledge of the products. Customers will come to the customer service area to ask where items are or questions about products.
