Undergraduate Degree

My undergraduate degree was in mechanical engineering from Jlu University in China. I came to the Cal State Fullerton right after I graduated from this university. This is my first year in MBA programme with a finance concentration . Instead of having real working experience ,I had a one month internship in a textile export company . My job was translating some emails and doing some export sheets.But at present as I am a full time MBA student ,I am still thinking about what to do after I graduate from here and what steps should I take to succeed.

Here is some information about my family.Both my parents have been working in the Department of Imports and Exports for their company, and the process of their working their way up from the ordinary employees to administrators of the whole department has, to a large extent, inspired me. They have a large number of books on business and economics in the study, and the peaceful reading time of my family after dinner will be my permanent enjoyable memory. When I was a child, I could not understand these difficult theories on business,but I always hear some interesting stories from them about what was economic development, what was currency inflation and other basics of business.

So I have developed an interest in business since my childhood, and I decided to choose business as my major in the university, for China has achieved immense economic improvements in these years, and international trade has been a heated topic. I hope to grab the opportunities and meet the challenges, and I also dream of setting up an international trade company and making contributions to the economic development of China. However, because of the pressure form my parents(Chines parents have a preference to engineering for their child),I was arranged to enter Mechanical Engineering and Automation by the university. At last ,I convinced them to change my major and became a MBA student in Cal State Fullerton.
