Out of Shape Children

Obesity is becoming a growing problem across the world, especially America. The statistics of out of shape people will not decrease due to the problems Americans are having at home or in their surroundings. Children are also affected by this horrible disease that needs to be stopped for American and other countries to live in a healthy environment. American children are physically out of shape due to an unsanitary lifestyle.

Due to the advancement of technology, children are exposed to an unsanitary lifestyle. Because the advancement of technology, children are starting to play with their electronics instead of going outside. Because this simple decision will lead children to develop into inactive people, overtime they will build up fat or lose muscle for all that sitting around. However, if they do decide to go outside they will bring along their hover-boards, which requires no movement, or play games on their cell phones. These two technologies will eliminate the ideal reason of why going outside is for exercising. An ideal solution to fixing this problem would be to minimize their electronic usage and give them something that requires movement such as a bike, a basketball, or a football. Bringing equipment for children to play with is an essential part of eliminating an unsanitary lifestyle.

Schools removing physical education classes causes children to follow an unsanitary lifestyle. The lack of having physical activities at a young age causes children to become inactive during their lifetime. Physical education (P.E.) is a foundation for motivation that helps children seek success in the near future.
