Human Service Programs: Commonalities and Successes Paper

General business and human services organizations have several things in common. Companies, in general, aim at targeting an aspect of the population, and professionals train to become successful in their chosen fields. Companies, in general, develop products, services, and delivery of consumer goods. All human service organizations share the goal of satisfying human needs through an interdisciplinary database, concentrating on deterrence as well as remediation of problems and proclaiming an obligation to better the tone of life and bring positive changes to families and individuals (National Human Service, 2014).   The dissimilarity is, in the human services profession, our goal is to help the public better their living conditions through social services, personal development, increasing clients' well-being, mentally, physically, emotionally and ensuring the public essential social needs. We can improve our communities through social work (Lewis, Packard, & Lewis, 2012).

The common denominator or central focus of all human service programs.

Human service programs help people so that they can survive with peace, healthfulness and a wealthy life. Numerous agencies for human service exist in society. The motive or intention of each institution is dissimilar. Some human service organizations help women. Most are for fighting for equal human rights among entire classes, and some are for confirming health in people through testing food that will be sold by companies in the nation. Some agencies are for fighting for justice in opposition to court decisions for human beings and many other organizations. However, the central focus of all human service programs is to facilitate humans by helping them.

By doing so, human service agencies can focus on immediate requirements, expectations, demographics, and purchasing patterns. Also, they can concentrate on the appearance of an actual worldwide economy, etc., so that by acquiring this information, human service agencies can support humans for the attainment of their expectations as well as make sure that nothing wrong or unlawful takes place with them.
  • Administrations of human service should know the organization of the results and conditions of manufactured goods by the company so that they can validate the healthy products that are of high quality.
  • Individual administrative and secluded organizations for human services seek their advantages in the human service program.  I think these earnings should be based upon profit to humans so that society can also benefit from these programs. Nothing should be unlawful, and human service agencies should not perform acts of injustice. (Five Business Trends Driving the Future of Human Services Organization Should Understand)
  • Nourishing a long-term approach to be able to view our customers from eligibility determination through the delivery of services and measure health outcomes of the overall populations.

Identify qualities of human service agencies that are associated with and contribute to success.

The World Health Organization (WHO) is an organization that works for the health of people by checking the condition of products by diverse companies at the global level before they are released into the marketplace so that people's health will not be affected in an adverse way because of unhealthful goods.  Another agency, the Department of Human Services Questionings provides aging services, children, and family care services, housing, child care, etc. (Q&A: Department of Human Services) (List of agencies). When I reviewed this website, I found it to very beneficial that going directly to the particular organization.
