The manager in this scenario helped maintain high ethnical standards for their healthcare organization, by avoiding the conflict of interest associated with the research university representative. While making a decision the manager had to balance the needs and interests of the representative, along with his responsibility to protect not only his self, but his organization . I believe that ethnical principals played a bug factor, as well as professional ethnical standards, and codes.

While caring for a patients needs , and trying to find a healing process to their illness the concern about patient preventive services with their personal information should be the utmost concern for all health care providers.

The managers focused on his professional commitment to the patients need and remained them the prime concern.
