XiaoMi is a popular electronic company which based in China. Millet Company was founded in April 2010, is a focus on mobile Internet Co independent research and development of smart products. The company pioneered the use of the Internet model development of mobile phone operating system, fancier participate in the development of an improved model. Xiaomi ranked 5th with 4.6% in the global smartphone market share last year and 1st with 15.4% in the smartphone market share in China.

This paper is an assessment of strategic analysis of an organisation. The chosen firm for this paper is XiaoMi. The paper describes a strategic plan which includes company’s mission, goals and objectives. It will also perform macro environmental analysis, capability and industry analysis. This study will propose a future strategy for the company in order to incline sale performance and boost organisational efficiency of XiaoMi.

2.0 Mission, goals and objectives

It is important for the organization to constitute the organizational internal elements to select the appropriate strategy and executes it for growth.

The mission of XiaoMi is “Let everyone enjoy the technology”. Making Quality Technology accessible to everyone: Xiaomi is a company which believes that high-quality technology doesn't need to cost a fortune and create remarkable hardware, software, & internet services for and with the help of their users whom they call ‘Mi Fans’. Engaging Users or Fans helping them develop their new Products: Xiaomi runs dedicated user forums, and keeps in touch with their fans conducting many activities and taking user feedback which helps them create their next best products. And creating an Internet Ecosystem through their innovation in technology: With their innovation in technology & services they’re winning hearts and acquiring market share with their loss leader strategy, they are creating an internet ecosystem
