Executive Summary

The purpose of this report is to determine and evaluate the WHS plan for the Pitshop store. The report consists of three different task including Support and Facilitate implementation and develop the WHS policy, second task is related to the development and implementation of WHS plan. In last the report discussed the monitoring and evaluation of WHS plan. The report concluded that employees play an important role for business success therefore companies need to focus on providing effective work health and safety measures to ensure the employees health and safety. Once the employee’s safety ensured company will gain the competitive advantage and high market share.
