today, the importance of the copy right has been expanded as much as fields which are used. As the economical profit of them is repidly growing, a number of problem is emerged. A typical example is the Piracy that can be defined "The cat of making illegal copies of any meidas in order to sell them. It is eveident that the action affects negative result as like discouragement of creators and manufacturers. In this sense, the piracy seems to be not accepted in any situation.However, we can find the exception of this case that the piracy causes the advatage to the originator where the reaseon was with purpose or not. This is mainly due to the fact that making a profit is thought as the best policy and strategy in the Capitalism. So authors ,musicians, designers are able to overlook today's loss for the of bigger benefir from them. I'll take some example which can be applied to the exception in order to explain this opinion.Provided that there is a administrative department ,named ABC, of a certain conference targets students then they made the conclusion which provided the participant with pizzas of the Pizza hut for alluring potential visitors. As a result of their strategy, the Pizza Hut's logo is printed on the posters. That is clearly a sort of piracy to the Pizza Hut, Conversely,In the case that the total sales has been sharply risen because of a spate of calls for ordering their menu after the people saw posters on the street.Is the manager of a branch around provinces with bills going to accuse the ABC? I don't think so. In short, the obivous piracy could be execused according to the followed result. In the other words, It is allowed on the occasion when it causes positive reslut or advancement of gaining perception by the others.
