1) Ductron Castings and Asoka Leyland

Ductron Castings was established in 1970 at Hyderabad in Andhra Pradesh for manufacturing Ductile Iron and GI castings. Product range includes hubs, housings, and axle parts to cater to commercial vehicle, tractor and axle manufacturing industries.

Ductron Castings can maintain their own tooling as well as manufacture equipment to some extent with the in-house facility available by joining Hinduja Foundries of Hinduja Group.

Ductron was merged with the Asoka Leyland. As per the scheme of amalgamation, the shareholders of Ductron Castings were allotted without payment in cash, one equity share of Ashok Leyland, limited for every 3 equity share held by them in the erstwhile Ductron Castings limited Accordingly 1,53,333 equity shares were allotted.

2) RAMON AND DEMM LTD MERGED WITH EICHER MOTORS:

Eicher Motors was the first Indian company to make India's very first tractor. On 3rd September, 1960 the company rolled out the first indigenously built tractor of the country from its Faridabad factory.

RAMON AND DEMM LTD is a gear manufacturing company.

3) Hawkins Cookers Ltd. Merged with PCA Engineers Ltd.

Hawkins Cookers Ltd. was incorporated as a private limited company and converted into a public limited company on 1st Feb. 1975. Hawkins Cookers Ltd. manufactures Hawkins Pressure Cooker, Hawkins Idli Stands, and other domestic appliances.

The company was to issue and allot its shares to shareholders of PCA Engineers Ltd. The shares held by the company in PCA Engineers Ltd., would be cancelled as per merger, and the company would issue 7, 12,800 shares to the shareholders of PCA Engineers Ltd
