Another reason why tutoring is popular is that parents are usually too busy to teach their children. In the past, it was usually one of the parents who were responsible for tutoring the children. PROCESS

To know its historical value trough the help of related articles, survey with the tourists and travel agencies and interviews with the tourist and the Administration of  Basilica de San Sebastian.

This study on tutoring centers aims to determine how private tutoring business can be beneficial to students and also be financially successful as a small business venture as well.

1. What are the necessary licenses and registrations are?
2. What are the financial implications in building the tutoring center?
3. What qualifications does the tutors should have and do they need special courses or education to handle children with special needs ie. (ADHD, ADA)?
