  • Essential traits of every entrepreneur

Essential traits of every successful business man or entrepreneur  have to poses some essential qualities, ingredient and skills in him/her in other to be successful at what he does in as much as the person (entrepreneur) wants to achieve a desire goal, they are kind of personality that most entrepreneurs have like John F. Kennedy, Steve Jobs, Richard Branson, Oprah Winfrey, Bill Gates, Danjuma Aliko Dangote, Michael Jordan, Steven Spielberg and lots more, All these name listed above are the names of well know and successful entrepreneurs in the world today, these common characteristics of the entrepreneur are.

 

  • Clear vision:  the importance of a clear vision is to determine whether the business will succeed or fail, it’s like the picture of that business that deals with foreseeing how it will be like and what it will be like at the end, it is a business plan that defines the way the business should be manage and indicate how growth should be encourage and profit generated in the nearest future, In the past years so many entrepreneurs have succeed while others have fail due to this clear vision.
  • Determination: after having a clear vision of any business you want to set up the importance of your determination comes next because only that zeal and motivation will determine how strong you want to put in or invest as a start up, your determination always makes you to take your business serious not sidelining yourself and encourages you to do more and be in place so as to deliver your goods and services.
  • Self confidence 
    you have to make your investors, ventures and business partners trust your judgement, believe in what you do and feel secure with the business and that only works when the entrepreneur develop his/her confidence in what he does because this is like a security that helps you handle any business challenges, identifying any problem and crisis thus help you identify the right place to get help when needed.

  • AMBITION: you have to be ambitious and always know how to work yourself in, always having the need to creating, being patient, always being on point.
