Responsibility Traits
Someone with strong responsibility traits leads to great success in college because of their good values and ethic morals.
Values Ethnic and Morals
Each and every one of us at one time or another developed a certain kind of Value, Ethnic, and Morals. This could have been by parents, guardians, grandparents, a relative, or even a very close friend. There are very important traits that will be pointed out such as the Integrity, self-Discipline, courage, honesty that are upheld. Integrity is the basic meaning of all Values, Ethnic, and Morals in state of being whole. Now, it may be fair to say that all of us are aware of the concept of knowing right from wrong, but that is not the case at times. There are many of us that lack thereof, so it can be difficult. These traits require a lot of self-discipline and strength within someone’s core. It requires the courage to say within one self that I’m weak in certain aspects and learn to know that weakness by being honest to within self. You need courage to be successful! (Stanley & Danko, 1996).
Strong personality
A strong personality is a must, in order to be successful in college or personal life. It builds a sense of trust within oneself and gives a true meaning and purpose. It helps the ability to be fair and to show respect for others.
According to Www.eruptingmind.com/ (2012), "The biggest “secret” when it comes to what makes people successful, is that their success came not from being more talented, smarter or luckier than the average person, but rather, because of the habits they developed throughout the course of their life”
Simply knowing that a having a purpose and a great sense motivation are great traits. With motivation and purpose this may include setting goals, pushing one to exceed in next growth level, both personally or educational. I feel that I will be able to uphold these traits so that I can be successful in my educational plan.
