1. Introduction:

Employees are considered the blood that circulates the movement of the organization. In order to achieve higher productivity and more profits, the organization must keep its employees in the best shape possible. The organization must as well keep its employees satisfied to get the most efficient outcomes in return, as satisfied employees are willing exert all their efforts for the company’s welfare and they are less expected to quit their job (Ahmed et al. 2011:577). This section is followed by the job performance section and the employee performance evaluation. The third section reveals the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of the employees, and the impact on absenteeism, productivity and on turnover rate. And finally the last two sections are the methodology section tailed by the conclusion that will sum up this paper.
