New Zealand economic is relatively small comparing to another country in the Asia Pacific such as Australia. However, the service contributed a large percentage to NZ GDP. The food and beverage industry has steady growth and play a significant role in New Zealand’s economy According to Deloitte state that, the food and beverage industry is one of the largest manufacture in New Zealand which will be influenced to be wealthy of NZ in the future food(NZIER, 2009).Especially, wine industry has become faster and faster day in, day out. There were a lot of companies focusing on this element and getting great succeeds. One of them, Delegates Group Limited (DGL) is the most typical example. This report will have a deep analysis about brief background of the company to find out the reason why it can become one of the leading producers in New Zealand.
