In current development of supply chain and logistics management, strategies work encourages enterprises to achieve optimal benefit in the marketplace. The integrated application of lean manufacturing and agile manufacturing has been performed in many enterprises. Besides, be automotive identification devices, RFID system also leads to a significant technical revolution in automatic data collection system. In the first Journal, 'Leagility: Integrating the lean and agile manufacturing paradigms in the total supply chain' published in 1999. Naylor et al. asserts that the combination of agile manufacturing and lean manufacturing can be effective applied in supply chain strategy in terms of market information and postponement strategy. In the second journal demonstrates that the RFID technology creates positive influence in the supply management. These following paragraphs will respond some authors' arguments for the integrated strategy and provide the examples to support the RFID performance.In conclusion, we have observed the different function between the two paradigms adopted in the supply chain. From some real examples that have mentioned in the journal and other real case demonstrates the strategic combination of lean manufacturing and agile manufacturing in the supply chain can create the best benefit in the marketplace. As a flexible boundary in the logistics, postponement strategy achieves the lean paradigm low level in the variable production and demand differentiation in agile paradigm. The new mode" leagiliy" will get support in the future supply chain operation. On the other hand, RFID technology gives the enterprise better economic benefit in the market. The data can be update automatically to the IT system with less human error.
