Introduction: - Invisible spotlight

Invisible spot light gives the description of Management relationship, in organization. Where managers play an important role in employers day to day life. It gives us a clear picture, of what all employers do to impress their mangers. Managers in a management position, carry a weightage in the way they speak, which can boost the employees spirit or erode their competitiveness, in either way directly or indirectly.

 The objective of the book is to give manager’s importance of management role in which managers are in the spotlight, were each and every steps are observed. In terms of what they do? How they do? Which also reflects the employer’s    perception. The main approach is to provide the management idea to mangers how to manage a firm and employers. The book covers from the employee’s point of view. What are the difficulty the employees face in present scenario? How to overcome, those awkward moment by building up a strong bonding with employers. It also explains the ability to listen to people what they say and understand their need.

 Invisible spotlight provides us with real life scenarios in variety of work settings, which illustrates us compelling   management moments. How managers should act like a mirror which reflects their own challenges towards the firm. How to develop managerial wisdom. What are all the steps involved to inspire the staff to deliver and innovate to their potential. How to cultivate professional relationship, which gives the healthy fruit, which they can enjoy happily and eat at the end of the day. The relationship between mangers and employers must be balanced simultaneously with the fraction 50/50. Invisible spotlight concentrates on building up a stronger bonding between the employees and the managers in terms of respect, confidence, and goodwill. And it also tells us that how to be a successful employees.

Relationship is important in each and every aspect of life. Whether it may be personal or professional relationship. Understanding the needs of the others and trying to respond to their feelings. Not only in our work place relationship matters, but also in schools, our home, our neighborhood, our own pets, and our friends. Relationship is like a sun where the entire earth rotates. It is the center of understanding, without relationship their will no valve for human life. Relationship is the foundation that underlines and enables the achievement of the goals, which creates alliance with employees. Whether it may be skills that are optimal for the job or which broadens institutional or economic condition.
