In all organizations, every one of the role in the departments are closely interlinked. In particular, the rise and decline of an enterprise is intently related to finance management, which is a bridge of achieving enterprises and exterior relationship. Wherefore, business management must be centered on financial management. It is obviously for everyone be aware of Finance management is a significant part of the organizations as well as the financial director play an important role by supervising the finances of an organization, business, institution, or agency.

According to ICAEW report, Stanley Harding (1963) indicated that they expected Finance manager as the financial expert, an active member of the management team, and the manager of the financial and accounting staff. To be a Finance director, it has been recommended by understanding the Business, it knowledge, and appearing character. Through working closely with the business by observing operations and customers, also understanding required for finance professionals to contribute effectively in business, and keeping pace with IT developments which remains equally today. Furthermore, the character and personality are as important as technical skill. However, the essential roles of Finance director who need to⑴Prepare and present the prior figures in different formats, such as management accounts and statutory accounts.⑵Prepare and present the assumptions and expectations of future in organization and environments.⑶Maintain and improve the system which records and processes the digital data.

Clearly, there has been inflation in these years. The essence of the role has not changed much in the last century, although of course the way in which has been change. For instance, there is a balanced to take effort recording, aggregating and transmitting financial information by using digitized accounting systems. For the reason that is possible now to do so much more than before.
