  1. Introduction

In these years business ethics got an important role in media of Hungary. However, while several companies are successful at business ethics – that is proved by the Business Ethics Award with 8 winners last year (Piac és Profit, 2014) -, numerous companies cannot improve ethical behavior in their everyday organizational activities. Fortunately, 96% of top managers of Hungarian companies confessed, their employees’ well-being is important for them and sustainability and fairness inform their decision making. (HR Portal, 2014)

It is a humane initiative from our government, however we should recognize, in this way many stores are forced to dismiss one part of their workforce. One of the biggest hypermarkets, Tesco will close 13 stores in the country. (HR Portal, 2015) The certain stores will face a challenge, but they have this adjuvant method to reduce the damage.
