Business Overview

Our company name is “sis”, which is short form of “sweet interactive service”. In the winter periods from January to March, we will provide the market with Japanese and Korean style casual wear for young ladies with new selling methods and featured support of thoughtful customer service. In order words, clothes with easy buy, easy return, with our mission statement: Could we be the best online shop with the proactive after-sell service?

Target Market Analysis

Ladies market with aged 18-30, who have a habit to shop online, will be targeted. The number of people has purchased clothes and accessories online increase from 14700 to 119500 in between of 2002- 2009 (Appendix1). This indicated a huge potential of a considerable future growth and we see it as an opportunity. By Yahoo! Internal Data of March 2011, over half Yahoo auction buyers are female and over 40% of people are our target age group. In addition, categories of clothing and accessories had recorded 33% popularity.

Product / Service Description:

The product selling will be high quality Japanese and Korean style clothes. Different from the ordinal online shops, we would provide customers with comprehensive service. We allow product returns and trial. A 7-day returning will be provided to customer with prior payments. Thus they can take home and try the product. Any unwashed, undamaged and with original tag products can be returned within the 7-day of purchase if problems or unsatisfactory are found, even with wrong sizes or want to have other clothes. We will have a operating physical store as our alliance to provide us a location of rerunning service, in return we would provide it benefits. Hotline will be set for customers for any enquires.
