This report will be give an overview about Evans and Tate wines, which includes its history, regionality, tasting,current products ranges such as Redbrook, Cellar Door, Margaret River Metricup Road, Breathing Space, Classic, Gnangara and Zamphire, and focused on Redbrook product. It is renowned for being the source of some of Australia’s best Cabernet Sauvignons. The Redbrook vineyard is no exception, with the 2009 Redbrook Cabernet Sauvignon recognised for its excellence as a Triple Trophy Winner at the 2013 International Wine Challenge.

Evans & Tate found its Margaret River home in 1974 on the northern bank of the Wilyabrup River. Known for its well-drained gravel soils, Mediterranean climate and maritime influence, it was the perfect location on which to plant vines. Since these humble beginnings their winemaking philosophy at Evans & Tate has focused on maximizing fruit quality in the vineyard, along with producing wines that balance power and elegance. Because of the brand image recognized by its customers is affordable due to a good quality. The Evans & Tate sould work with restaurant and travel agency to build brands its brand awareness. Therefore, as well as remaining one of Australia’s most popular Margaret River wineries, Evans & Tate continues to receive acclaim at wine shows all over the world, including being awarded 53 trophies and 2124 medals since 1987.(Evans and Tate wines Home page 2013)

Australian wine is reputable in its own society and also in the world due to its uniqueness of the cellar and success in marketing. It is remarkable because it only has 200 years history of winemaking. Contemporarily, there are already about 60 wine-producing regions throughout Australia, with vineyards located in South Australia, New South Wales, Victoria, Western Australia, Tasmania and Queensland.
