Effective Communication Portfolio

After studying the module that is called Effective Communication Skill 2, I started to focus on the personality of myself. Then, I did a personality text to analysis my personality. The result of my personality type is ISTP-A. The person who belongs to this type of personality is introverted, observant and assertive. Also in my opinion, thinking is more important than feeling. In addition, I pay more attention to prospecting than judging. The strengths of my personality are creative, practical, optimistic and energetic. So        I am cheerful and well-meaning, people with me once in a while get worried, liking to take the path of least resistance. And I am exceptionally creative with regards to down to practical things, mechanics and artworks. Novel ideas come easily, and I adore utilizing my hands to place them without hesitation. In the other hand, there are some weaknesses of my personality.  The weaknesses of my personality are stubborn, insensitive, private and reserved. It is not easy to change my lifestyle, habits or ideas. I use logic and notwithstanding when I attempt to meet others most of the way with sympathy and enthusiastic affectability, it seldom appears to very turn out right, if anything is even said by any means. My personality is famously hard to get to know. I am a genuine thoughtful people, hushing up about my own matters, and frequently simply lean toward quiet to small talk. That is useful for me to think about my career’s opportunities and threats. In the future, I would like to become a business manager. The type of my personality is good at solving problems with an unfaltering focus on reasonable solutions. In addition, troubleshooting, self-assured nature and an outcome situated core interest are the natural skill of my personality. It can be useful on my career.  But I need to confront down my weak long-term arranging capacities and inclination for moment results keeping in mind the end goal to make this way work.

For the future of my career, I need to study more about Strategies for Effective Communication. Firstly, it is about listening. Actually, Being a good listener is the primary essential for being a fruitful communicator. I would like to train my listening skill. After I increased the listening skill, I will more easily to go more profound into the analysis of the individual's perspectives. Also I need to focus on the verbal and nonverbal communication. In effective communication, just using words is not enough. Using body language also is the important part of the effective communication. Nowadays, in the business world, it is essential to make a effective strategy. It can make a better way to share the information about product or service to the target consumers.  [pic 1]
