Today, in organizations or companies, there is a greater focus on employees stepping up to be leaders rather just managing their respective responsibilities. The company now is focusing on the quality of employee. Actually team leader is a one of important part in company structure. If a company's goal is to progress, an effective team leader is the key. Team leader is a strong method of relationship building between individual groups.This essay will consider the important roles of a team leader in company.

First of all, to be a leader, is to have the ability to affect others to achieve a goal, or an objective. How are leaders expected to behave? Do they have to be perfect? Of course not, but they should stand out from the crowd. All leaders are different, so naturally they do not behave exactly the same way. It may be true that some people are borne with natural talents or skills .However, without practice, without drive and without experience, there can be no true development in leadership. Several skills required for become a good leader are having a good commitment with your team-mate, good communication skill, and good self-control and knowledge of the vision of his or her organization. When you become a leader, you must demonstrate through your behavior a real commitment to your organization, your team and an established your common goals. You should set the example by aligning our actions with the values you share as a team.

The second important quality of team leader is leadership skills. Although definitions of a leader vary from person to person, the qualities that make up an effective leader are similar, and every business team needs one. Without an effective leader, the team would reach nothing. An effective leader is independent and vital to the team. He or she is a person who comes up with ideas, understand the team’s purpose and know how to help team members’ work together to achieve the team’s purpose. Also, with respect to the team as a whole, a leader is a team member as well and should not create order within the team. Without using power within the team will create comfortable and healthy working environment, which most new graduates do not get to experience in their first jobs and as a result, they are subjected to a high level of stress and high pressured working environment.
