Management is the act of getting people together to accomplish desired goals and objectives using available resources efficiently and effectively. “Management is an individual or a group of individuals that accept responsibility to run an organization. They plan, organize, direct and control all of the essential activities of the organization” (Akrani, 2011). Management is administration of business that is organizing and controlling of the affairs of a business or a sector of a business. The word probably comes from management of Italian language (1561) maneggiare meaning “restrain” principally to control the horse which comes form 1590-1600’s “act of managing,” from manage + ment. Meaning “governing body” (originally of a theater) is from 1739. Good management depends on communication in everyday in every direction such as the roles of management such as Interpersonal; Informational; and Decisional these are the skills that would make an organization have effective and successful management.

As a role in Management you would need good Interpersonal skills, so you can relate to relationships or communications between others. Interpersonal involves coordinates and interaction with employees and especially the networking. It allows you to connect with other employees in certain situation. There are four important skills of Interpersonal such as: Self Awareness which means being aware of your own needs, value and emotions and their impact on your own behavior. Self Management means keeping your emotion reaction in check and being able to behave appropriately when you could experience feelings that can results in destructive behavior. Social Awareness is being in tune with other feelings and needs. Relationship Management is the ability to build relationships base on mutual trust and respect. A manager with those skills of interpersonal your management towards the organization would be successful.
