I chose Wal-Mart for my company to follow; I did this for several reasons. Not only has Wal-Mart led the retail industry for years, but now it is at the top of the fortune 500 companies. This is a great accomplishment for any company. Wal-Mart should be in the retail industry because everything you would need is found in one location 24 hours a day 365 days a year. There are many factors that make Wal-Mart an industry leader, let’s discuss some of the reasons.

The second thing about the site to store service is, if there is something that you need and they are out at the store they will order it and ship it again to either the store or your home.

They also allow people that use coupons to stack coupons, making it an easy process to save money, and the last thing they do to help you save money is price match. Wal-Mart will match any competitors coupon to make sure that you get the lowest prices everyday no matter what.

The mission statement of Wal-Mart reads: “We save people money so they can
