Workforce planning: What’s a framework: yearly, 3-5 years, more than 5? What are the dimensions taken into account: business growth strategy, current workforce norms, new technology / process improvement projects? Do you have a different approach for key positions / scarce skills? Please explain

Sourcing candidates and advertising: What are the preferred recruitment pools: existing employees, external candidates, or both at the same time? To what extent is the recruitment function outsourced? For what kind of positions do you use agencies? How the process differs by grades (fresh graduates, experienced, management positions)?

Screening and selecting candidates: How automatized is the screening process (does the software allow quick selection by criteria)? Do you have a system of tracking candidates for other openings? Do you have strategic partnerships with universities, professional schools, and other professional associations to secure a recruitment pool?

How many interviews with candidate do you conduct (with HR, and with interested department employees)?
