Executive summary

The Tudor Rose Tea Room is a traditional tearoom, which is set in the listed premises dating from 1640 when New Street was new. A delightful tearoom sets along the back streets of the Barbican next to the Elizabethan Gardens. The New Street is the oldest street in Plymouth. With a beautiful enclosed garden at the rear of the tearoom to sit, relax and enjoy the food during the summer months, Tudor Rose Tea Room serves delicious homemade dishes from sandwiches, salads, and jacket potatoes to traditional Cream Teas with tasty cups of teas and coffees. It also caters for private functions  celebration such as small intimate weddings, birthdays, and baby showers. However, the tearoom has a minimal engagement with social media marketing management. Therefore, this report is going to identify the current strategy and problems of the business in order to propose accurate resolve plans to overcome the issues. Furthermore, the study will suggest more recommendations based on the primary research with an expectation to help a business more successfully. about how to improve the social media marketing in Tudor Rose Tea Garden by identifying the main business issues,  What are the main business issues? And what are the solutions and strategic tools to help resolve these issues? The discussion based on exploring the current strategy in marketing to develop a better strategy in social media marketing management, and provided with some recommendations for the issues.
