Introduction

Nursing as an exercise profession expects both practice professionals and nurse scientists to enlarge the systematic basis for client care. A chain of academic teaching in nursing are intended to equip nurses for the maximum level of exercise and practice and scientific analysis, which has huge benefits for nurses specially to train persons for specific nursing practice. Even more, persons who obtain the academic education and clinical practice for advanced nursing would ask to fill positions as educationalists and would apply their great practice proficiency to teach the upcoming generation of nurses. Certain coaching approaches and learning viewpoints would be included into the program for academic education and clinical practice for advanced nursing, as it narrates to client teaching. The purpose of this to give basic information that nurses in advanced practice positions need in spite of their specialty or functional focus. This fact could be formed upon as graduate learners continue into their specialty (Baker, 2009).

Interviewing master prepared nurse very useful instrument for the student nurse, so that she could understand concerning the value of master education and obtain more knowledge and skillfulness from the master primed nurse operate in her position. The individual selected to interview is working in the ER and also educates TNCC, and CEN preparation classes. She holds outstanding critical thinking expertise and very kindhearted to clients and holds very excellent teaching aptitudes.

Overview of the master's-prepared nurse's career

Following completing her high school, she was registered for BSN in Philippines. After completion of her nursing she started to work in emergency room and within few months of working as a RN she was promoted to a charge nurse. After 2 years of working she left to Saudi Arabia and worked as an emergency room nurse. While she was working in Saudi Arabia, she was preparing herself to come to America. She moved to America within five years of working in Saudi Arabia. She worked as a nurse aid until she passed her NCLEX-RN. After getting her certification as a RN, she started to work in emergency room in New Orleans. While she was working in Emergency room she did her MSN. Later she moved to Washington DC. She continued to work in emergency room as a charge nurse and also involves herself with teaching in the hospital with trauma classes, ACLS and Pals.

Reason for seeking graduate education

She states that her passion is to teach and taking care of patients. She wants to give her best to her profession by teaching and caring patients. She also states that this is her destiny and God wants her to teach and care for others. She has completed her certification of CEN, TNCC, ACLS, PALS and BLS. She is
