     I am a student from BBUS (Business Administration) who is currently semester 4 in

my degree. This event, STACT Gathering Night is my very first event carried out in

INTI International University.

     I would like to express my feeling, thought and experience gained here about the

event. I am a program master of this event. I am partner with another three committees

for this position. I had been learnt a lot of new knowledge from this event no matter in

knowledge on task related to people or non-living things.

     First, I am in charge of game for the event so I learnt to lead people for games. I

lead game masters in set up the station games and brief them what they have to do for

their games in charged.

     Next, I learnt to communicated with people. I has been doing a series of briefing on

games. I has been giving briefing in front of facilitators, game masters and helpers

during the briefing session. I also brief games masters again for games during the

event day.

     Furthermore, I have been learned how to solve problem when faced with crisis or

problems. I had solve the problem occurred on the event day with my partners.

     In addition, I also learned how to manage my time for spending time on doing event

tasks and my studies.

     I has learned how to allocate those game masters to play their role in running those

games conducted and giving out an instruction to those members or participants.

    I have learned how to be more responsibility on conducting activities and feel more

committed to the tasks available. I has been try to give out and leave the pose but I still

continue doing it as it is my responsibility and finally own commitment from taking the

position.

     Finally, I feel I am able to grow self-integrity. I feel I am developing from the event.

So, there is a need to keep it in internally.
