When people think about math, they often think of just addition and subtraction. In reality there is so much more to math. There are various forms of math and they each have different way of solving the problem or equation. In this paper I will be discussing the three concepts of math, which are arithmetic, algebra, and geometry. Each of these plays a huge role in everyday life and in the work force. Engineers, doctors, and chemists are examples of people who use math everyday. Math is not easy for some people but having a basic understanding of what math is may make it a little easier to understand.
